To develop and manage innovative "boxes" (idea incubators and start up accelerators) META Group analyses the scenario, mapping the end-users profile, their needs in term of services and space required, defining start up and running costs. The lay out definition of the incubator and/or accelerator is conceived both to match in the most suitable way companies requirements and to create at the same time a space where develop new ideas and share new projects, to support formal and informal meeting with external experts.

Feasibility study for the creation of an incubators network ITC in Campania
The possibility of managing a business idea portfolio with high potentiality figures one of the main factors for the success of an incubation system. META Group in ATI with Zernike Group, Sviluppoitalia e Cini Consortium has developed the feasibility for an idea incubator network for the ITC sector for the Campania Region. The study, identifying strengths and weakness of the regional economic and entrepreneurial system, outlines opportunities in terms of company creation in the ICT sector. It verifies the possibility to set up a network of Ideas incubators within the Region, aiming at exploiting the knowledge available inside the three regional Universities and innovative companies. As a result, it is suggested to place each node of the network inside the Universities and regional research centres to better connect demand and supply of scouting facilities, financial and business intelligence services.

According to the results achieved, the valorisation project implemented by META stressed the importance of providing to industrial area client companies both hard and soft infrastructures and services.

META Group has supported the Municipality of Tarsia in the development of the feasibility study for the realisation of a productive settlement area highly characterised by the quality of its infrastructural and service supplies.
The Study proposes the setting up of a covered services centre of around 50.000 square metres, to be managed by a company so called "Societŕ d'Area" in charge of the investments to be performed. The municipality of Tarsia is supposed to be the main shareholder of the that Company and the body responsible for the promotion of inward investments.
